Walk/Run

As can be seen over at Garmin Connect, today’s run was an easy three miles. Yesterday was a 40-minute walk and before that was four days of rest due to a pulled muscle, possibly my right soleus, from last Tuesday’s run. Before all this, after a long hiatus, I’ve been running for the past few months starting with a 30-minute¬†every other day¬†Jeff Galloway style jog/walk program moving up to a consistent three mile run Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
